About Service Lindenway
Registered business
Service Lindenway is the official registered business name operating from our Busan office. We were established in 2019 to address a specific gap: families holding cryptocurrency in cold storage often lacked professional documentation that heirs and advisors could follow without exposing private keys.
Origin
Founder Min-seo Lindenway began cataloguing her own family’s hardware wallets after a flood damaged a home office. The handwritten lists survived, but the labels no longer matched the devices in the drawer. She spent weeks reconciling entries and realized other reserve holders faced the same drift — especially across generations.
Service Lindenway opened in Busanjin-gu with one binder press, two archivists, and a rule that has not changed: we document what clients verify in session, and we never custody keys.
Our archivists
- Min-seo Lindenway — lead archivist, vault documentation, 12 years in records management before founding Lindenway
- Jae-won Park — recovery preparation specialist, former paralegal focused on estate instruction documents
- Eun-ji Han — quarterly archive sessions, bilingual Korean/English client communication
Working approach
Sessions are deliberate and unhurried. We use bound ledgers because they survive power outages, travel restrictions, and the simple fact that heirs may not share your comfort with screens. Digital scans are optional; the physical archive is primary.
We maintain session notes internally for continuity between visits, stored encrypted and separate from client binders. You may request deletion of internal notes when ending the client relationship.

Community
We participate in Busan small-business networks and occasionally host evening seminars on cold-storage record-keeping for local family offices. Seminar attendance does not require being a Lindenway client.
