2. Data we collect

Contact inquiries. Name, email, message content, selected session type, and optional preferred date submitted through our contact form.

Session clients. Contact details, billing information, session scope notes, wallet labels, public addresses you verify in session, and internal continuity notes. We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, or PINs.

Website usage. Essential cookies for consent preference. Optional analytics, if enabled after consent, may collect aggregated visit data.

3. How we use data

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule archive sessions
  • Prepare binders and deliver documentation you commission
  • Maintain continuity between sessions for returning clients
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
  • Improve website functionality when analytics consent is given

Processing is based on contract performance (booked sessions), legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, firm continuity), and consent (non-essential cookies).

5. Retention

Contact form submissions: 24 months unless a session is booked, in which case records merge into client files. Client session records: duration of relationship plus seven years for business records unless you request earlier deletion of internal notes. Cookie consent preference: until cleared from your browser storage.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with:

  • Payment processors for session fees
  • Shipping providers for binder delivery
  • Professional advisors when required by law
  • Service providers hosting encrypted internal notes under contract

7. International transfers

Primary storage is in South Korea. If tools process data abroad, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements.

8. Your rights

9. Security

We use encryption for internal session notes, access controls for staff, and physical security at our office. No method of transmission is fully secure; you verify holdings on your own devices during sessions.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date.
