Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to archive sessions booked with Service Lindenway: Private Reserve Archive, Initial Vault Documentation, Recovery Preparation Briefs, and supplemental calls.
Deposit and confirmation
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due at session start. Deposits are applied to the quoted session fee.
Cancellation by client

Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@service-lindenway.click with your booking reference.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with 48+ hours notice. Additional reschedules within the same booking cycle incur ₩40,000 administrative fee. Rescheduling inside 48 hours is treated as cancellation unless we can fill the slot.
Cancellation by Service Lindenway
If we cancel due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full deposit refund or priority rebooking at your choice. We are not liable for incidental costs beyond the session fee.
Partial sessions and work started
If you end a session early, fees for time already spent and materials prepared (binders, printed indexes) are non-refundable. If we cannot complete due to inaccurate scope you provided, remaining time may be rescheduled at quoted supplemental rates.
Non-refundable items
- Completed binders and printed materials once handed over or shipped
- Recovery briefs delivered in final form
- Travel charges incurred for on-site visits outside Busan
- Urgency surcharges when the session proceeded as scheduled
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may require additional verification days.
Deposits for package bookings
Fourth-session package discounts apply only to sessions completed within the calendar year. Unused sessions do not convert to refunds at year end.
Disputes
Contact hello@service-lindenway.click before initiating payment disputes. We aim to resolve concerns within five business days.
