Who this session serves
Families and individuals who already maintain offline cryptocurrency reserves across one or more hardware wallets, paper backups, or vault-stored devices. You have an existing ledger — notebook, binder, or prior Lindenway archive — that needs to match what is physically held today.
What you receive
- Side-by-side review of each coin entry against your labeled wallets
- Updated bound archive copy with acquisition dates, wallet labels, and public addresses
- Change log noting additions, transfers, and retired entries since the last session
- Written summary of items requiring your own follow-up verification
What is excluded
- We do not custody assets, execute transfers, or hold seed phrases
- Tax filing, legal structuring, or investment recommendations are outside scope
- Entries beyond 40 coins require a supplemental hour (quoted before session)
Process
- Intake call (15 minutes, complimentary): confirm wallet count and ledger format
- Pre-session checklist: you gather devices and prior binders; we send a preparation sheet
- Archive session: archivist records each coin entry while you verify balances on your devices
- Delivery: updated binder shipped or handed over within five business days; digital scan optional
Preparation
Bring or have accessible: labeled hardware wallets, prior ledger copies, and a list of acquisitions since your last update. Charge devices beforehand. If meeting by video, test screen-sharing with a non-sensitive wallet label first.
