1. Acceptance

By accessing service-lindenway.click or booking archive sessions with Service Lindenway, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

Service Lindenway provides professional documentation of offline cryptocurrency reserves: coin-by-coin archive updates, initial vault documentation, and recovery preparation briefs. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, or provide investment advice.

3. Website use

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent our materials as your own. Automated access that degrades site performance is prohibited.

4. Bookings and accounts

Session bookings require accurate contact information and scope descriptions. Deposits confirm reservations per our pricing page and refund policy. You are responsible for providing truthful wallet counts and entry estimates at intake.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, Lindenway binder formats, and session templates are owned by Service Lindenway or licensed to us. Your archive content remains yours; we retain no ownership of your coin entries or labels.

6. Confidentiality

We treat session information as confidential within our firm. Internal continuity notes are encrypted and separate from your binder. You may request deletion of internal notes when ending the client relationship, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

Documentation services are provided with professional care, but we cannot guarantee recovery outcomes, market values, or heir actions. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to fees paid for the session giving rise to the claim, except where South Korean law prohibits such limitation.

We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide, undisclosed wallets, or third-party custody arrangements.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Service Lindenway against claims arising from your misuse of documentation, unauthorized sharing of session materials, or violation of these terms.

The website may link to external resources including the Microsoft Store. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Busan, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes affecting booked sessions will be communicated to active clients.
